"I reserved a single king size bed in a standard room, I got a full/queen bed in a standard room, I had a three night reservation and my keys stopped working after 2 and they had to reprogram them, would like to think that could have been alleviated as it took a while to get help to the front desk for that."

"Very nice and clean. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Pleasant and courteous staff. Our only complaint was an inadequate breakfast spread .. no milk or butter or brown bread or jam. And they could'nt get some for us .. but promised to ensure that it would be available the next day :-) Would have rated a 5 star otherwise."

"Overall the stay was good, but upon check it I made my reservation through Expedia at 2:50pm and went to check in around 3:00pm. I was told I have to wait 20 minutes for it to pop up into the system but waited nearly 1 hour and 14 minutes. As we were traveling that could have been time to relax or do something, so that was upsetting. We had to continue to check until I believe a manager looked up my Expedia reservation which was there. Everything else, was great, the room, the breakfast, and pool area. "
