"Underwhelming, outdated, in need of minor repair. But also a great price, descent location and good customer service. I’m not running back to stay again any time soon but also wouldn’t avoid it if the mountain I’m hiking is next to it."

"My room was clean with fresh sheets and duvet on a comfortable bed. I loved the walk-in ceramic shower. The curtains show a little wear but that did not bother me. The location cannot be surpassed as you can walk to many restsurants and shops. I will definitely stay here again. There are some renovations going on, but again, that did not bother me. The owner was most cordial and welcoming. I did not try the included breakfast because I was exhausted and slep in the first morning. The 2nd morning I had a 6:17 a.m. train so I missed it again. I did look over the dining area and saw plenty of cereal and a spotless waffle maker. Either of those would have suited me. On first approach, don't be put off by the large front window full of construction materials. You should not compare this property with Hilton or Marriott, else you will be disappointed. But you are paying $300 a night, either just for a place to rest or sleep and shower. In the end, it is what you are comfortable with and what you are willing to pay for. I will definitely return for another stay."

"All the different parts of the hotel are very modern and clean--from the lobby and the dining area to the corridors and the room. The beds are very comfortable and clean. Room amenities are more than adequate. The water pressure of the shower is great. The breakfast provided had many options and was very hardy. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely return for future stays."
