"We were not arriving until 9 pm and really appreciated being able to check-in via phone. We were able to give our $50 credit card hold over the phone, review our room amenities and get our room number. All we had to do was stop at the desk to provide a photo ID and get our keys. It was very convenient."

"Based on price this was a really great place to stay. I was looking for my husband and his friends for a boys weekend and it was perfect for their needs. We were able to afford 2 rooms and everyone got their own bed. It was a little further out from town but based on the price it was worth it. When they showed up there was no one there to greet them. When they called the number the person was very annoyed with them for calling and said they had left a voicemail for the person who the reservation was under, my husband, but he turns his phone on airplane mode when we're in the US. For future reference, it would be better to email people with instructions since many people buy esims when travelling to get data but keep their cell phones off. "
