"We were staying here during the April 3rd earthquake (7.5). The staff jumped into action to keep safe and care for all guests. We want to commend the hotel for their response in a disaster. "The room is spacious. However, it is pretty dusty. We found hairs from previous tenants everywhere. Also, there are bedbugs which made redness spots on our arms and body. The worst is that my wife got food poisoning after she took the breakfast on our checkout day, 2/24/2025. She threw up badly in the train this morning when we were on the way to Taitung. Everything she ate this morning was all out. Then she vomited a couple times after we checked in hotel in Taitung. I was ok because...
