"The room was spacious and included a Japanese style sitting area. I appreciated how there were two luggage stands for our double bed room. The bed sheets were very nice! Breakfast was a little odd. There was only one type of cereal, in the ice cream section. There were breads and toast, but the only jam was Chinese plum jam and the only butter was truffle butter. I would characterize the cuisine as mostly Chinese and Malaysian (crab roe gua bao, crab wonton soup, and Kaya to go with the toast)....

"This hotel was excellent value for money. We didn’t realise but the price included breakfast, dinner and snacks throughout the day. The hotel was conveniently located near the station. "

"Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

"We had a nice big room with a wide window, good internet, and a big, if slightly hard, bed. The one negative which I take to be green washing is that the room was not cleaned which would be fine if the guest only stayed a day or two, but we stayed four days and the room should have been cleaned. "

"It is not a 5 star hotel but it does have everything a traveler need. A comfortable bed, clean room, good strong hot water and easy access to food! The bathroom doesn’t have a tub but everything in the bathroom works and clean. Room is a little tight after we put our luggages in the room. "Very good for its low price. It is a simple hotel with complementary coffee and snacks in the lobby. Also, it is reasonably centrally located, a nice plus. As with many places in Hualien, a taxi is necessary at times, but we had no difficulty using Line to call one from the hotel. "

"The hotel is great, well located and the rooms are modern and well appointed.the only problem was breakfast. Almost nothing for western tastes, which is understandable but it’s not hard to provide better cereals. Also the first morning the coffee machine was broken and there was NO coffee. They could have gone and bought a jar of instant coffee!"
