"We were staying here during the April 3rd earthquake (7.5). The staff jumped into action to keep safe and care for all guests. We want to commend the hotel for their response in a disaster. Additionally, the hotel was nice, with good amenities. We were not too far from the main area of town. We would love to go back and stay again."

"It is a new and modern building but unfinished and somewhat neglected. 1. Noisy air conditioner in room, too loud to sleep while it works. 2. Smell of sewage discharge next to western wall of the hotel. 3. Pack of upto six homeless dogs loitering outside main door. 4. Unappetizing breakfast of cold fried egg, rice porrage, three condiments and small instant coffee. 5. Swimming pool is without water and neglected. 6. I paid in cash at arrival and later realized I had a booking here already paid...
