"We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this hotel. Beautiful lobby area with free snacks, coffee and icecream. Free dinner and breakfast, helpful, attentive staff, and large room. Definitely recommend. "

"Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

"Very good for its low price. It is a simple hotel with complementary coffee and snacks in the lobby. Also, it is reasonably centrally located, a nice plus. As with many places in Hualien, a taxi is necessary at times, but we had no difficulty using Line to call one from the hotel. "

"Here’s a refined version of your review: I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location is very convenient, the overall experience was disappointing due to its messiness. The hotel is situated in a historic area near the railroad station, making it easy for travelers like me to commute. "The room was very nice, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. The front desk staff wasn’t very friendly, I felt, but they did answer any questions I had. Of the four hotels I stayed in on my trip around Taiwan, this was my least favorite. (The restaurant staff was very nice though.)"
