"Really nice property and small mountain home. Very good communication with property owner throughout the process. Very clean and well laid out house with everything you need for a wilderness vacation. The only thing to keep in mind is that the gravel driveway is incredibly steep. I have an AWD car and didn’t have any issues. If you have a 2WD car you just need to give it a lot of gas to get up there with rolling momentum. The road directly in front is still blocked off from going to Hot Springs....

"This farmhouse wa an excellent choice for our party of 12! We loved this place! Had enough kitchenware for the whole gang. Its location next to the river was beautiful! Loved the brick outside back for a cozy fire the first night. Bedrooms were spacious for all of our belongings. Would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy all outdoor activities. Thank you so much to the owners— it was so cozy. "
