"The hotel was well-located and was minutes away from the historic centre. However, the hotel itself was rundown. As there was no elevator, I had to walk up two flights of stairs with my suitcase, the toilet in the room was filled with hair and feces, there was barely any water to flush the toilet and since the shower stall/door did not latch, water poured on to the bathroom floor.
