The hotel is very comfortable, spacious, with wonderful internet service, and a staff that is short of being super heroes. All the amenities provided by the hotel were great, and met all my needs. Also, the staff, from the receptionist to the maintenance staff were marvelous. They provided us with an early check in, gave us a warm welcome to the city, and always pointed us to the places we needed to go even calling cabs and telling us what were the rates we were to expect so we didn’t get scammed. I am truly satisfied to have stayed at this hotel and would greatly recommend.

The first day when we check in the toiilet in our room didn’t work so they had to give us another room. Then in the second room the noise from downstairs was so loud we couldn’t sleep at all. Besides that the restaurant food and the location of the hotel is pretty good.

Excelente ubicación, todo muy limpio y en muy buen estado. Lo único que no me gustó fue el trato del personal de recepción. Su trato fue poco amable y no nos daban información de nada y cuando se las podíamos lo hacian como de mala gana. Y escuna pena, xq el hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado.
