"Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs.
