"This a regular place I stay when on company business to Lincoln. It's a great location for me, away from the town centre but also a nice walk into town in the evenings. All staff are great, courteous and friendly. Rooms are always comfy and well kept for my usual 4 night stay. Breakfast is always the same but plentiful, fresh and just enough to get me going in the mornings."

"Its a clean, tidy establishment. Facilities are above and beyond anywhere i have stayed. You need to see the website. You got great area, fantastic dining, the bar, the pool table, squash, gym, zumba, sauna and so much more. Nice area. Short walking dustance to town and more.. brings me back to check out their website and book it. Im not into working out in the gym or sauna. Oh they have washing machines, internal hair dressers etc. Most of all for me i loved the bath and the bed and the atmosphere and staff. Customer service is amazing so are the facilities. Its impressive above and beyond. "
