"I would have given 5 stars for our visit but we had a bit of hassle over our meal on Friday. An offer of fish and chips plus free drink was advertised but the receptionist was unaware - asked us to come back when she’d looked into it. Second receptionist an hour later was aware of offer and made our booking. However the waiting staff had no idea about it, nor did the person who made up our bill.
