"Friendly host, ans check in process was very simple. House was big enough for 8 adults and 6 children. Location is 30-40 mins away from stratton, which we decided to go fo skiing. It felt a little further away due to traffic and busy long weekend."

"Place was amazing very secluded but close enough to get into town and do things. Our longest drive to go do something was only nine minutes away. Everything was as promised. The only issue we had was the back door entry. The hot tub is right there and when we were standing outside watching nature, we saw bees and wasps going underneath the hot tub. so because we were both chickens, we never went into the hot tub. "We rented the barn as an overflow space from the main house. The barn has everything you need and is a really cool spot to sit and view the entire property."

"Lots of space to spread out. Kitchen was well appointed. Location was less than 10 minutes to Manchester. "

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

"From the time we got there to the time we left, we very much enjoyed David’s home. He was a wonderful host! Although we didn’t get to enjoy a fire in the pit, my daughter figured out how to make the s’mores in the air fryer! The coffeemaker was a very welcome appliance! lol. Can’t wait to book this again!"

"Very nice property. Some screens needed repair, garbage cans were full when we arrived. Screens and windows had a lot of cobwebs that needed cleaning. New towels would be a big improvement. Overall home is as represented with a great view in a beautiful location."
