The only issue we had was the back door entry. The hot tub is right there and when we were standing outside watching nature, we saw bees and wasps going underneath the hot tub. so because we were both chickens, we never went into the hot tub. "We rented the barn as an overflow space from the main house. The barn has everything you need and is a really cool spot to sit and view the entire property."

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

Although we didn’t get to enjoy a fire in the pit, my daughter figured out how to make the s’mores in the air fryer! The coffeemaker was a very welcome appliance! lol. "Very nice property. Some screens needed repair, garbage cans were full when we arrived. Screens and windows had a lot of cobwebs that needed cleaning. New towels would be a big improvement. Overall home is as represented with a great view in a beautiful location."

"Location is good, beautiful views of Saratoga Lake, and convenient by car to all the area attractions. The kayak access is across the street, down a steep uneven path covered with vines. (I believe the owner plans to fix the path soon). Two single kayaks and a paddleboard are provided, as well as 2 adirondack chairs on the dock--very nice spot to hang out once you get down there! It is worth noting that the street is a busy one with lots of traffic, day and night. The beds are comfortable...

We chose this spot for a week so our family could do Lake George and all the biking Saratoga and the neighboring spots had to offer.
