"This was such a special trip. My fiancé, my parents, our two dogs, and I went up for the new year and had such a pleasant time. The house was clean, comfortable, and located within an hour of Stratton Mountain! Lars was fantastic with accommodation and communication. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! "The location was excellent. Five mins from to Mt. Snow. Nice game room but needs attention. Dartboard unusable - only 2 darts with no flights useless. Nice pool table but queues were poor and no chalk. Ping pong was almost too tight to be usable. Kitchen needs serious upgrade. Lots of pots and pans but all well aged. Overall the place could be a place we'd return to but needs upgrades."

"Unit is a little outdated but nice.Not truly a ski in - out since you have to walk on the road about 200 yards to get to the Sachem trail.Condo does need ice cube trays since the ice maker is not working.Also the down stairs bath room heater does not work and would be nice since this is where the bath tub is located"

"My family stayed at this property for a Stratton ski trip. Everything about the house was wonderful. The house was incredibly clean cozy and inviting. The owners go above and beyond to ensure that every little detail is met to ensure a visit that truly makes you feel like your home away from home. "

"So the good things first! -property is located in a nice neighborhood with great views and local access.-the heat works stellar in the home. Now not so great things-not a single pot/pan in the house is usable. All nonstick cookware have scratches on teflon, oil stains on pans, dates and over used glasses, cups etc. - none of the dining room chairs are safe to sit on. "This condo was the perfect location for our teens to walk over to Carinthia terrain park. This was ideal as we were there during the President’s Day winter storm. The location also made it convenient for us to walk over for dinner at the Loft at Carinthia. The property is perfect and fits a large group if you are with close family and friends.
