"The accommodations were wonderful. The space is in the process of being renovated; however, the few cosmetic issues being addressed did not take away from the experience. The bedrooms, as well as upstairs living, dining and full kitchen exceeded our expectations. Everything was well stocked with linens, towels, cooking items and even things like a rice pot, blender, and small cooler. We would definitely recommend this property. There is a short walk from the parking structure and I would note that there are stairs that might pose a challenge for older guest with walking limitations. That being said, very roomy and great for families."

"The front desk service was friendly. The room was clean with a microwave and they have a fitness room and pool and jacuzzi. The walk to the shops and the beach is close by. "

"everything was absolutely wonderful all across the board...beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds and pool area, enjoyed reading the hawaiian history stories about the property...only issue were the parking wrist bands and room keys sometimes would not work so you didn't know which to use and sometimes you just had to punch for a ticket to enter or leave, which you don't pay, the front desk said to just throw them away....we would absolutely stay again....had a most perfect big island experience....aloha and ALOHA"
