"Great place if you don't spend a fortune eating there a lot. We went to every restaurant on site. The room service breakfasts were amazing, but the rest of the meals were just good. Negatives about the place are that it seemed like every other day in the North Tower (facing the golf course) it is loud starting at 6am with apparently excessive mowing. There was also a worker spraying what was apparently weed killer all around the central green space and kids were looking for lizards in the bushes...

"Wow factor and impressive view as you first walked into the expansive lobby. Gorgeous scenery and openness throughout the entire resort as it is set over several levels and stunning lush landscape. The backdrop was truly spectacular and the beach was perfect! Beautiful white sand that you can walk down for quite some distance. There are umbrellas and chairs down below. Two pools that face the ocean, on different decks, one was adults only. As it is a gated resort community, it is a public beach...

"Definitely will stay again. Love the spacious room. The full kitchen and the in-unit washer & dryer are awesome must-haves. Also, can't beat the free and easy parking (yay, no valet!). Front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made great dining recommendations. Would love to see the property upgrade its flatscreen TVs to Smart TVs so I can stream movies and shows via apps like Netflix, Prime, etc. I made due with my iPad. Would love to see the gym/fitness center updated and upgraded. In...

"1 block to ocean, very clean and cute and quiet. On Ali i drive, so easy to get into Kona. Microwave and fridge. Open air through screens so bird noise in the morning gets you up, but at a reasonable hour. And you want to get going anyway. Would stay here again. Good value "

"My family and I stayed here for a week. The property is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the pools were closed but the property has two pools. The location was great and close to amenities. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. I would highly recommend this stay and would stay here again."
