"Mandy is an excellent host. The upgrades and renovations made to the apartment in the last 3 years are excellent. The rental was very clean as well. I would stay again. The only drawback was the noisy neighbor next door. This individual talked loudly all hours of the day and his dog was barking it sounded like on the lanai in the middle of the night. I would suggest that the property management be told of this person's inconsideration of others."

"We had a positive experience in every way! The location is wonderful - just 10 minutes north of downtown Hilo in a quiet neighborhood safe for walking. Spacious, clean and well stocked home with washer & dryer that we could use. The owner was kind and helpful. Close to a beach side park. Good price for the amenities.
