"The hosts are very responsive and did a beautiful job with this cabin. You can see the craftsmanship that went into building it, very clean and cozy. The pier on the pond with kayaks and a fire pit overlooking this gorgeous property are all nice touches. The only minor thing for me, I’m 6 feet and over 220 so the bed and shower were a little tight for someone my size. But I made it work. "

"Stayed at this place with a few friends for a long weekend in October and I have to admit it was nothing short of amazing! The house, inside & out, had everything we needed. The hot tub and paddle boat were a ton of fun and the game room is great for when it sprinkles and/or you want to stay up late. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be back soon!"

Gary and Dawn do a great job with their properties as we have previously stayed at the Fox in the Hen house, which is great as well. The Green green grass of home was amazing. Very private. Very warm and cozy. Staying in the wintertime the road is seasonal as listed which was not an issue as we have a 4 wheel drive SUV but plan accordingly if you do not. "I stayed here for New Years with just my Dog, Obviously it was cold out so the wood stove was very cozy, You'll have to bring your own blankets, There really isn't anything You'll so if you think youll want it just bring it, The email i got didn't have the access code like it was supposed too but the Host is very responsive, Dont follow the GPS just ask the Host for directions and You'll find it very easily. Early April is not the best time to go to a cabin with no power if you are comfort loving like me, but the cabin was clean with a nice big bed for me and my daughter and very comfortable. There was a gas heater that because it was so cold (for April) it only took the chill off in the early hours, but at least it did that. It was very well stocked, brickets for the grill and lighter fluid, firewood for a few nights, gas for the heater. Everything we needed for cooking and...

"This property is located around things and people, but somehow finds a way to be a remote cabin. It was perfect for a guys weekend, and what we needed it for. Love the pond for a cold plunge in November. The outhouse was nice! There’s bears around the property which was awesome. Loved it. Awesome host! "

"House was very nice, clean. Beautiful views of the lake from living room. Deck was perfect for morning coffee to eating dinner while enjoying the beautiful lake. My grandson loved fishing off the dock. Host responded immediately to questions i had. We had a great time and would definitely go back ! "

"The property was nice. Unfortunately during check-in, the “computer system went down” and the staff was unable to check me in for 35 minutes. The only other issue was that the hotel walls were paper thin, to the point that you could make out what people in the next room were saying. Everyone will definitely hear any romantic encounters. There are lots of options in the near area for dining, the hotel has a bar (expensive, but available) and it’s right off the highway. These are my reasons for my ratings. Be well everyone "
