"Stayed one night with my family of 4. Front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly. We booked a 2 queen bed room - it was surprisingly large and was very clean. The bathroom is slightly outdated but not terrible. The location is great. A few minutes to downtown Buffalo & not much longer to Niagara Falls. Next to a nice mall, lots of food & shopping options. We will stay here again. "

There seemed to be a lot of confusion around checking people in, we waited a minimum of 15 minutes every time we stood in line, whether to check in, get another key card or pay for a drink.
