"This house is fabulous. The location is peaceful and serene,and walk-able to town. Its BIG, and has two separate living spaces. One on the main floor and one downstairs. Both spaces have full size gourmet kitchens. So it can comfortably fit two families-if needed. It's SPOTLESS, and stocked with amenities. Steve was a wonderful Host, he made sure we had everything we need. I would rent this house again, I loved it."

We traveled with a group of friends to ski at Holiday Valley (5 min up the road) but had a hard time deciding whether to spend our time in the beautiful cabin or on the slopes. Everything was very clean and we really enjoyed the game room and hottub. Can’t wait for our next stay!"

"The cabin is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need. Towels, bedding, plates, silverware you name it there was plenty of it. There was so much space for our large group of 18 girls and sleeping arrangements were easy with all the rooms and beds. The location was ideal with a private setting yet very close to town. The owners were so kind and easy to work with. If you are looking for a place for a large group to stay look no further!"

"After a mere 16 years, I finally convinced family to come up for the Fall Fest festivities and this house was the cherry on top. It is in a great location to the main hub of Ellicottville, easy walking distance or a super cheap Uber ride. Even to Holiday Valley, the walk is super doable. The house was big enough with extra room for 12 adults and a dog. While the open concept is awesome for the views, it is a little loud for anyone sleeping on the second floor. The street is quiet and has amazing views. Just a two minute drive into town if you want to explore the many restaurants,bars, and quaint shops."
