" Our stay was amazing, we booked another night ! It’s such a lovely home & it’s very comfy. She have blankets laid out on the couch we walked in the kitchen she had pancake mix, syrup, & oatmeal out for us for morning & treats. Lovely stay! Plus everything was no more than 5mins away. "

"The house was even better than the description/pictures - it exceeded our expectations! We spent a fantastic four days here and there are so many lovely small touches that just made the house exceptional (the bathroom under the stairs, the framed papers, etc... so cool!). The owners were so thoughtful in how they decorated for the holidays and communicated ahead of time, making sure we would walk into a warm home. During our stay they were responsive and helpful and we can't thank them enough...

"Me and some friends stayed here to celebrate a birthday, and the house was amazing. 716 Themed house with everything you could possibly need for a stay away from home. The house had board games, a dart board, shuffle board, and a giant TV to keep everyone entertained the whole stay. Overall amazing experience!"

"My wife and I and our three kiddos stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Here is some of the feedback from our stay:Good things:- very homey, tv room was fun to relax in with the family and the fireplace made it even better. - Kids loved the upstairs loft. - easy entry into the home- washer and dryer were great to use- shower extremely hot (wife loved it)- extra blankets to stay warm Things to know- one bathroom, just plan accordingly if you have more than a few people- upstairs loft...

"The house is immaculate! In addition they thought of all the little things, a thank you note, extra toothbrushes (one of my teens forgot their's), snacks and small breakfast items. The queen bed was super comfortable! We only stayed one night after a long day skiing at holiday valley and it was refreshing to say the least. Complete 10, no negative feedback "

Our exquisite Buffalo home has a large yard, free WiFi, and is centrally located close to everything, perfect for relaxing and chill vacation

"Perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of 7 adults gathering in town for a wedding. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Central location walkable to the stadium. It smelled freshly painted! We had a bit of an issue with check in but the property manager helped us resolve it fairly quickly. We loved the Bills room. We all had our private spaces but could gather in the Bills room for family time. We would definitely stay here again"

"We highly recommend this large home for a big family gathering. We used it for “home away from home” for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The house was very clean and well stocked. "We have one of the best rental experiences that I can recall during our stay in Lancaster. Four of us came in to go to a bills game and the location couldn’t have been any more perfect with convenience to both the stadium, grocery stores and restaurants, the airport and Buffalo and the surrounding area. The house was a great size with the bedroom, set up and included all of the needed kitchen, utensils and coffee maker, etc.. We actually never had to contact the owner as they had everything...
