"The property and the Chalet are beautiful. Plenty of space for 20 guests. Hot tub was great! Especially in November! The dartboard was a hit! The kids loved the loft sleeping arrangement. Cabin was filled with everything we needed. Well decorated for the holidays. Overall great experience! I would definitely recommend. "

"Our stay was something similar to a Hallmark movie! Blessed with continuous snow and the fireplace and decor, it felt like the coziest getaway possible! Thr kids were kept occupied with the amazing game room and hot tub. There were many areas to rest and relax and soak in the beauty. The Chalet was well-stocked and ready for our family to have a memory-making time. We had no issues! We will be recommending this Chalet to our friends and family for sure. "

Staybridge Suites West Seneca, an IHG Hotel

"We checked in on Jan 2 and there were gingerbread decorations and a hot chocolate station in the main entrance. Our kids were over the moon. The pool was very clean and the water was very warm. It opened late so we were able to use it after dinner. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry facility. We didn't need it this time but it would come in handy for longer stays. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would come back again in the future. "
