"Beautiful cabin, accurate listing. Short drive to Ellicottville which has a lot of cool little shops and restaurants, and of course Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Why stay in a resort with just beds when you can stay in a house for the same cost?!? Very comfortable beds, and the views are amazing! Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area. Responsive hosts, 5 stars for sure! "

"This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 children. It was clean, cozy, and very well stocked. The view of HV slopes in the distance was beautiful. It’s super close to Holimont and HV! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after skiing!! The house had many games available and the kids loved the big table game in the basement. Wonderful hosts and we would definitely stay here again. "

"10 min drive to Holiday Vally and downtown Ellicottville. Lots of room for a large group - easy to find and good communication from the owner. Basement was a bit cold bit the fireplace amd hottub were especially nice on the cold evenings"

"This house is fully stocked with everything you could need! It was the perfect spot for a ski weekend with our two kids and a group of friends!! The host was very communicative and easy to work with. We loved the house and will be back!!!!"

"A beautiful and well set up home away from home. There was a big snowfall before our arrival and the driveway was plowed and stairs shovelled. A large living room area that stayed warm and inviting with the fire. The basement and games were a hit with the teens. Towels, hot tubs towels and extra linens all provided; would recommend bath mats for the showers as a nice addition. Well stocked kitchen and coffee provided as listed which is always nice. We had trouble with the oven not heating and...

"Perfect set up for 6 single friends and 1 couple. House is well equipped-a full knife block and dishes/platters for group meals. Loved the fireplace and the great room for gathering for games. Only changes-main room could use more lighting and the main bath shower head is sad. Easy location and we talked about staying again next year! "

"Cozy little lake view cabin was a great setting for our family of 5. The owner really does think of the needs of vacationers and had it all covered. All the dishes, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. Even coffee to go with the coffee pot - thank you! We felt at home there and were grateful for all the instructions throughout the cabin (i.e. best settings for shower hot water, propane heater in living room, et al.).
