"Great location and perfect for walking to the beach. Nothing fancy but perfect for us. My girls loved that the cottage is pink! It was nice being able to walk to dinner and shops. We had a great time!"

"The house was VERY clean and in a good location for our needs. We had a couple issues with people mistaking our unit for another unit they rented due to poor markings. The host was very helpful in responding to our issues. The bathroom of the unit could not accommodate a large person due to it's size, but we were fine. Overall a good stay!"

The cottage is fitted out well with everything you need for a long or short stay.Our host was great responsive to all queries before and during our stay. "Loved the location on North beach. In walking distance to everything. We didn’t have a car so parking wasn’t a issue for us. The property is small but would be fine for shorter stays. It is the back rental of the property so no view. Short walk to the beach. Only con was the 2 beach chairs they provided need to be replaced. "

"Alot smaller than the pictures made it look but it was in a very quiet area. The outside lights on the walk path didn't work. We had to fight with the hideaway bed to get it out and then couldn't get it back in so had to leave it out the whole trip which took up all the main living space and blocked most of the room. You could tell someone broke/ bent the metal frame and it had black tape on it holding parts of it together. Reached out to the host the first night about the hideaway bed but never...

"Came to Port Richey area for son’s speciality therapy. The pool was perfect for him in a quiet, non- touristy neighborhood. My flights were delayed for a day and the owner was very kind and accommodating with my change in schedule. There was one unexpected issue with the electricity going off in the kitchen but it was resolved in a good time frame and the owner came over herself to fix the problem. The outdoor area is adjacent to a dock and oven, and as stated in the description, may not be...
