"Everything was good. I would rent here again. The only thing i have comment on is both bedding and all the towels were very damp/wet. We spent the first day drying everything. Not a real big issue but wasn't something i really wanted to do my firstday"

"The house was VERY clean and in a good location for our needs. We had a couple issues with people mistaking our unit for another unit they rented due to poor markings. The host was very helpful in responding to our issues. The bathroom of the unit could not accommodate a large person due to it's size, but we were fine. Overall a good stay!"

It is the back rental of the property so no view. Short walk to the beach. Only con was the 2 beach chairs they provided need to be replaced. "

We had to fight with the hideaway bed to get it out and then couldn't get it back in so had to leave it out the whole trip which took up all the main living space and blocked most of the room. "Came to Port Richey area for son’s speciality therapy. The pool was perfect for him in a quiet, non- touristy neighborhood. My flights were delayed for a day and the owner was very kind and accommodating with my change in schedule. There was one unexpected issue with the electricity going off in the kitchen but it was resolved in a good time frame and the owner came over herself to fix the problem.
