"A wonderfully remodeled backyard cottage walking distance to town. A minor plumbing issue repaired the next day. Great kitchen although we only used the fridge.The bed was so soft , sadly not in a good way. Terrible mattress with 2 troughs to lie in. Otherwise it was a 5*. "

"We didn't need much and weren't staying for a long time. This place is small, but was fine for us. If you follow the directions everything is pretty easy to enjoy the accommodations. We were able to walk downtown or drive if we wanted. Nice to be able park in a nice parking lot close to the living area. Patio is nice and we didn't use the grill but its close to the living quarters. We had a great time and will definitely consider renting again when in the area."

"The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or...
