"The staff at this hotel are amazing and very friendly. They communicate well with you. I had an issue with the breakfast and room in the beginning. Through Expedia, I ordered a water view room with a king bed and I got a little disappointed that when I checked in they said that it was a possibility I wouldn’t get that room. When I mentioned that’s what I wanted because I bought the room, they found a way for me to get it ! Also through Expedia, I ordered breakfast for two for the days I was staying. When I asked at the front desk they told me they didn’t see I ordered breakfast service for those two stays. I showed them that I did and they easily fixed that for me! Very awesome and accommodating!"

"Hotel is located on the beautiful white beach in Clearwater. The staff was great as well as the food. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Valet service was good. We would return to this location."
