"We had a family of 6 staying in 2 separate rooms for this trip. The Hotel was easy to find and met all our requirements. We made some requests to have 2 rooms close together and they were very helpful with that. They were also very helpful in helping us make airport transfer arrangements. Overall, the service is what stands out, even amongst the lofty service standards in Japan. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Kanazawa."

"The breakfast spread was by far the best I’ve had, it was not only very affordable (¥2400 if you make a reservation one day prior) and the food spread was also very varied. There were 3 types of Niigata rice to choose from, and also some of the best bread I’ve ever had. The ensuite bathroom was spacious, and the showerhead had good water pressure. The room was also big enough to open 2 medium sized luggages without having to navigate too precariously around. The traditional Shoji in the room...
