Loved loved loved this hotel!!! The area was high end surrounded by Gucci, Rolex, and other high end stores. Lots of different types of bars from classy lounges to fantastic hole in the wall places. Everyone is friendly and the staff was amazing. Rooms were big, bed was huge and comfortable. It is completely surrounded by temples and shrines and the castle is a short walk away. I highly recommend adding the breakfast option also.

A nice hotel in a great location. The overall design is very stylish. The only unfortunate thing is that the walls and ceiling where a bit dirty from previous guests, which was a bit unappealing.

Great shiny hotel in the most central part of Kanazawa. Some rooms smelled of cigarettes despite that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Also the receptionists dont always understand what you want to share with them (even in Japanese). Great amenities, breakfast and style though! I would recommend

The property is very well located. We have stayed few times before, but were a bit sad to see the front areas of the restaurant and buffet breakfast/moribg tea area have been boarded up and sold off to retail! The hotel has lost a bit of its charm as a result.

The bed was comfortable. The facilities were as expected. It was very convenient to Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen and the Samurai District. Our room had no view; it looked out on industrial looking tanks. The welcome drinks and snacks could have been better quality.
