"We were so nervous about this trip, there were a lot of mixed reviews. I'm happy we went, the resort is beautiful, it's small but not too small. We had zero issues with check-in. We did pay the extra money where we picked our room before we arrived. Even though we didn't get that exact room it was still on the same floor and building. The resort even refunded us our money without us asking. Our butlers (Zen and Sheresse) were amazing, checking in with us every morning and throughout the day to make sure we were ok. We were a part of a larger group and I honestly think we had the best ones. My sister who planned this entire trip heard from her butler like once. Luckily Zen also checked in with them and made sure they also had everything they needed. We had no issues with dinner reservations since our butlers booked them all. We were able to eat as a party of 8 during the entire stay. The food was good, our favorite was Vespa. The steakhouse was our least favorite. I can't say we ever went hungry. We were always able to find something to eat. The options were a bit limited but the quality was good. Drinks were always yummy, we mostly hung out at the diamond club pool or near the evening entertainment bar. The bartenders knew who we were and what we liked The beach was amazing as well, luckily we didn't any any issues with the seaweed! There is a small rocky patch when you first walk into the ocean but then it's nice sand. The rocks didn't hurt so no need for swim shoes!! "

"This hotel / estate was so wonderful and the perfect start to our vacation in Antigua. While this isn’t the most “convenient” spot, if you have a car, there’s absolutely not trouble. Easy parking, great breakfast, great drinks, band on Thursday night, and otherwise, so lowkey. A quiet spot, with a beautiful garden surrounding with a handful of bird species. Highly recommend to anyone. "

"Upon arrival we saw friendly staff and a beautiful quiet resort with pool, restaurant/bar and of course rum punch after a hectic flight. For a fee you can have transportation from the airport to the hotel. Our first night was awesome and the guests were just as friendly as the staff. Made some great memories and will definitely return to Antigua. Beautiful island, friendly people and amazing resort. Room was great, bed comfy, and we had a partial view of the ocean. Food was tasty, loved the everything omelette in the morning and lunch and dinner was always delicious. Highly recommend the tiki bar which is a 10 minute cab ride but so worth it. Tiki bar is out in the water so small boat takes you out and they close at sunset but a really good time. Got to enjoy the steel drums at Shirley Heights on Sunday with bbq and gorgeous sunset and swam with the stingrays on Monday. All in all an excellent time and would not hesitate to recommend Ocean Point Resort. "

"The property was very clean, but rather 'tired' in places. The apartment is located at the end of a block. It was reasonably quiet. We had a major issue in that the bottom bed sheet was badly ripped in one place. We reported this to the host, but we didn't receive a replacement. The toilet was unstable, so we had to be careful when using it. The floor of the shower was slippery. As there wasn't a shower mat, we had to use a bath towel on the shower floor to avoid slipping. This caused the towel to become stained. We were charged an extra 25 for this, which we did (reluctantly) pay. Finally, the internet was somewhat hit and miss."

"From start to finish this has been an excellent choice and with the car hire we went all over the island. Beautiful villa with everything you need. A stunning pool area which we used most days. Simone was really kind and helped us on our last day even letting us use her home to shower before the airport. I cannot recommend this place enough along with the people and the island we will be back. "
