"This Villa is a great home-base for activities in Antigua plus the beach and amenities (Epicurean grocery, Basilico, El Porto, Pop-Up Beach Bar, medical clinics, etc). We visited English Harbour, Shirley Heights, St John’s and Stingray City from here. Perfect for short or long stays. And the plunge pool was such a luxury at the end of hot days!"

"Property manager Hazel and Jolly Villa Rep (Howard) were great. Hazel was kind and Howard responsive and professional. They were easy to reach, answered questions, made suggestions, arranged rental car, transport to/from airport. Villa location is great except the bar directly across the street is extremely loud at night, playing live music & karaoke until 1:30-2:30 am. Otherwise, villa is close to a good supermarket, marina, restaurants and several amazing beaches. A rental vehicle is recommended (especially if traveling with children). Pool is lovely. A nice size and depth. Could use a new pool scoop as the current one has holes and is ineffective. Sadly however we rate the overall cleanliness of the villa as poor. You can tell the house gets a cursory clean between guests, but it requires more. The bedrooms and bathrooms aren't too bad but the kitchen is dirty and has roaches. Spaces between fridge & stove & dishwasher, & the sink area, were very dirty - they require a scrubbing and disinfecting. Roaches were seen on countertops, inside dishwasher, dish rack, drawers and floor, and some in the adjacent dining area. Despite immediately handwashing all dishes, keeping all food in the fridge or freezer, and not leaving crumbs or dirty dishes around, we still killed many roaches with a can of RAID we bought. The entire house needs a deep clean - the kitchen especially needs a deep clean & update/renovation. The state of the kitchen really impacted our enjoyment of the space."

"The property was exactly what we needed for our quick visit to Jolly Harbour. We were only there for a few days for a potential sailboat purchase. The property manager was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to secure a golf cart which allowed us easy trips to the grocery, the broker, restaurants and beach. The property was clean, well stocked and has a very lovely view . It was quite hot while we were there so we really appreciated the efficient air conditioning. Things did not work out for the boat but it was a lovely visit."

"The property was exactly as shown ,very clean,2 good size bedrooms,well equipped with everything you would need,great communication prior to arrival,there was no need after we arrived as everything was explained at check in . We were allowed to stay a couple hours later after a flight delay. Fantastic property,we will look at renting again next year!! Would highly recommend 👍👍"
