"Lovely looking property well maintained with some beautiful plants and flowers in the common areas. I walked to town Dickinson Bay beach, St John’s and the local supermarket while I was there. All doable although St John’s might be pushing it for some. Had ample parking at the property and felt safe at all times. "trouble with reservation when check in. AFTHER ROOM WAS GIVEN THEY CHANGE ME AFTHER AN HOUR. ROOM THEY GAVE ME AIR DID NOT WORK PROPERLY.TOILET WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY ALSO. NEEDS UP GRADE"

"Close to the airport, hotel is clean, staff is friendly. It’s not an easy walk to get to a grocery store and other dining options. Stores and restaurants require a cab. Even thought it’s a 5-10 min drive, it can be $20-30 USD. Despite this, it’s worth a stay on a private beach."

"I am a pilot, was passing through for the night. Owner was kind a gave me a drive to get a bite to eat. Simple quite place with a soft bed, good AC and hot water. Worked for me!"
