"Good overall but would not say it is a 5 star hotel, more like 4 star hotel. Location is excellent and walkable to the city centre. Hotel staff were polite. Pictures make it look bigger than what it was. Quite disappointed with the pool, very small and shady. Not a big selection at breakfast, and advertised there is a tea/coffee maker in all rooms but there was no option to have tea. There is no iron in the room. It gets very noisy at night due to Nobu rooftop blasting out music and could not...

"The staff was not very helpful and seemed annoyed when asked for assistance. I was accused of taking food from the free buffet by the attendant. When asked for an apology I received none. Just rude.
