"It's a good hotel for staying in the new part of the city, but the installations need a reform. Breakfast was good and varied and the bed was good, but the morrocan custom of smoking in rooms is a problem. Bathroom is alright but water pressure could be better. The staff were nice and very helpful! The pool looks good but we didn't have time to use it, but it certainly was a miss from us as we had to leave earlier than expected."

"I always stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded expectations! This time, we stayed at the Kasr, a private duplex with a terrace upstairs and a garden with direct access to the pool. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable—truly felt like home. We had two Kasrs with connecting rooms, which made it perfect for our group. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the pool team, housekeeping, and in-room dining—every interaction was warm and professional. The pools are massive...
