"Central location, helpful staff and comfortable beds with fresh white linen. The decor was a bit shabby with unfinished paintwork on the walls and paint on the curtain. There was also no shower door. Otherwise it was clean and okay fir a short stay. "

"The hotel is very well place for those wishing to explore the city. Little India and Chinatown are fairly close and that's a relief as there are no alcohol sales in the hotel for thirsty guests. This is not mentioned on any site to our knowledge. The rooms are fine, the wifi powerful, and the value is good, But when the place is full, a gloomy secondary dining room is used for breakfast that is huge and warehouse-like, with curtains firmly drawn to hide the dirty windows. "Beautiful heritage building converted to a hotel, very modern & classic feel for a converted building. The room was quite nice, the bathroom however could have been more clean alongside the shower, not sure if they sanitize of deep clean this. Other than that, the location is quite good and close by to breakfast eateries and evening food stalls"

"Not so much a boutique hotel as a better-than-average cheapie. Many rooms are windowless (not unusual for Malaysia) and the place is basically a reasonably well kept low-rise guesthouse, part of the multi-year gentrifaction of central George Town. Good in terms of nearby eating options and walkability."

"The WiFi is not reliable, the speeds were around 5mbps each time I checked. The room was clean, but there is some noticeable wear that’s not shown in the pictures. Overall, good hotel for the price and very walkable to all of the attractions in Georgetown. "
