My few days at Seven Terraces figure as one of the best hotel stays I have ever had. The staff are wonderfully friendly, attentive, caring, and helpful. The facilities are beautiful. Someday when I return to Penang, I will look to stay here again first.

Beautiful heritage hotel. Room was awesome with great AC. Need reservation for the restaurant. Staff is nice and serviceable. Afternoon tea by the pool is great. Walking distance to many restaurants, hawker places and sights. Taxi ordered bu the hotel is more expensive than through Grab though.

Spacious, clean rooms with good mattresses. Perfect location in the old town and still very quiet. The choices in the breakfast were quite limited, but still adequate. Staff was friendly. There is an excellent Peranakan restaurant Kebaya, the food is delicious!

This is a great hotel. Good location and huge room. Pool is good but didn't use the restaurant so can't review but it looked good. Very quiet but interesting part of town.

Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else, but…
It’s a magical hotel which is easy to love and recommend due to its character, location and friendly staff. Lovely dinner in the stately restaurant too. However breakfast a bit dull, wifi not working in the room, some dust and some face lift repairs needed for a full score.

A beautiful heritage hotel
This is a very beautiful heritage hotel and I am impressed by the restoration. The rooms are so spacious and well furnished and thus very comfortable. We like the personal touch of the staff and are grateful for the restaurant recommendations near the hotel. Location-wise, it’s a short drive from many tourist attractions and nice eateries. So overall I would highly recommend this very gorgeous hotel for tourists who like a more unique culturally rich experience.
