There is no elevator; if you have a room on the third floor, it is a small, skinny staircase to go up. The staff did offer to bring up or bring down the luggage. The bar downstairs was fun. "We enjoyed our stay at this adorable small cottage. Daphne was very accommodating and so sweet! It’s the perfect place to stay for any occasion or any time of year. "The location was amazing as far as the riverview and access to town. It was very quiry but almost felt isolated. There is a condemned property next door that created an uncomfortable feeling. The apartment is spacious but could use some updating. quie"

Apalachicola River View, Cozy Queen Room

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (65)
"It was quiet and quaint. The thermostat was going haywire but we tolerated it. )I brought an extra blanket. ) There was a fly problem going on as well. The guest kept the door closed that lead to the kitchen and rooms which helped a lot. I would stay again if I was visiting less than a week again. "
