"Close to “down town” which offers plenty of restaurants and shopping. Beaches weren’t crowded and water was PERFECT! We drove to PCB for a day and Cape San Blas for a day and we are booking next years trip! Condo and amazing amenities were just what we needed and wanted! Gym was great! Rooftop was relaxing and was a perfect spot to bring a night cap to and watch the sunset!"

"My husband, our three kids, my mother, and I all stayed at G-3 and had the best time! We have stayed in a few other places at ocean mile but this has by far been our favorite. When I took our younger ones in for a nap, I was able to watch my son and husband play on the beach from our bedroom. Will definitely stay here again!!!"

"Overall, Had a good stay! Weather and water were perfect. Unit was clean and easy to access. Had a 1 year old with us and overall felt he was safe, brought a baby gate with us to put at the bottom of the stairs, which helped a lot. A few areas that could be improved: Floor needs to be replaced, several areas with damaged tiles. Couches need to be cleaned or replaced, kind of dirty and fabric was itchy. Beach chairs provided were very rusty and two of them broke from use while we were there....

"Excellent property, we have been coming to Cape San Blas for about twenty five years for family spring break. Twenty five years ago we should have purchased a property, as our weekly rental costs are 10 to 15 times the cost for similar properties. A place that I looked at buying for 350K in 1999 is now available for 1.4 million."

"Great location near the Trading Post (grocery) and shops. Location is great for a quiet stay right on the gulf. The unit could use some cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but overall it was nice stay! The views are great and you are steps from the beach. Further down the beach towards the state park is a bigger space on the beach, but perfect for a small group (just not a huge beachfront). The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances and necessities. Easy check in and...
