"The yard was unkept. The walk to the beach was borderline unsafe with all the construction going on around it. Mosquitos were insufferable, so make sure you pack a mosquito repellent. The house itself was clean and the area is pretty private and quiet, so when the construction around it is finished and the yard is better kept it will probably be a better stay. "
