"The inn now uses virtual checkin—which I didn’t know when I booked. My room was very cold but, they offered a change of rooms which corrected the problem. It is a very nice property but, it is not the comfy, friendly place used to be. After staying here every year for years, I will not be returning."

"This is a quaint inn located in Apalachicola, Florida. Yes, it is as old as they say it is, 1907, which is a significant part of its charm. The room was spacious and clean; the bathroom was updated with tile and new fixtures. Some items you may want to know about the inn. There is no elevator; if you have a room on the third floor, it is a small, skinny staircase to go up. The staff did offer to bring up or bring down the luggage. The bar downstairs was fun.
