"The Good: This property is centrally located which is two blocks away from cathedral. Very safe to be walking around this perimeter. Rebecca at front desk was very helpful sharing all tips, tours info and guidance to everything we needed. The coffee in the morning is really good (complementary). The bad: Needs to be fix in little details that could make the difference. Shower heads were corroded inside and water were coming out everywhere but the center and it was hard to have a real good...

"Good stay at a central hotel. My reason for the lower score is that our two rooms were placed in their lower end property a block away, even though the price we paid is for the main property that shows up on the photos! The lower-end property is composed of bare rooms with little decoration. They also forgot to give my parents a warm blanket in their room, so they were freezing all night! Hotels.com sells the hotel at a very high rate, and that is for their main property which only has 9 rooms....
