The room was like a loft, I think the shower door should of had the hinges facing outward so the door opens out instead of in the shower

The property was nice and clean, but there are a few things I did not like . 1- Check in was not the best , the staff was not attentive, there were two men in the lobby that kept me waiting and we’re dealing with other things at the same time they were checking me in. 2- The mattress was hard as a rock , could not get a good night sleep. 3- Too much noise at night since the hotel faces a a main, busy, busy road.

Hotel was the clenest i have ever encountered in Mexico and most of the US. Beds real King size, comfortable. Hotel is beautiful. Shower was small but very nice. Good pressure and hot water. Maid service was excellent. Located in the center of the Historical area. Easy to walk everywhere. More restraunts in the area than shops. Never had to go far to find awesome food. Town was very clean and felt amazingly safe. Amazing building and churches. Will definitely return.

The property is beautiful and has a very interesting past. Our double Queen room was spacious and had an old Mexico wealth feel to it. Air conditioning works really good. No iton, but there is a clothed steamer that works great. The breakfasts were tasty, but don't expect huge portions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cathedralnis just 2 blocks away and there are tondof stores and restaurants around. Our room was at front of building and there was noise on the weekends till late evening, but not too extreme. It us a main street, so it was expected. Water pressure is great and plenty of hot water. only complaints are no elevator and beds were very firm.Loved it!

When our booking was confirmed, we were assured of wheelchair access. However, upon arrival, we found this to be incorrect. The only elevator available was through a back garage door, and there were numerous steps throughout the property. Due to the poor service, we ultimately decided to find another hotel.

The property is well taken care of, it feels intimate and relaxing for a big city like Morelia. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This is a great property if you rent or have a car for the city because parking is included. (Valet or self parking) Parking garage is two blocks down but it’s a beautiful walk. The property also has a well working A/C and a steamer verses an iron but worked great. Great experience.

This hotel is very clean and walking distance from downtown. A bit inconvenient because has no parking on site. Suite on the back side of the building is next to a club therefore gets very loud from 9pm to 3am so if you are a light sleeper you won’t be able to sleep.

I lived the architecture and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very friendly. I will be staying here in the future. I was worried about the noise with traffic and it was not bad. Enjoyed my stay! There is a lot going on at night there with lots of people hanging out on the plaza and near the cathedral late hours like 12-3 am and it felt safe.
