Staff was Amazing Jazmin, Jorge, Julio, Heriberto, Rolando and A Special Shout out to Ignacio my aunt june became ill he was such a blessing 🙌 he stayed with her the whole time while we waited for a Dr that he recommended which the Dr was also Just as Amazing thank you all so much for everything we will definitely be back!!

Amazing Family Reunion
We had the most amazing stay!! Front desk Jazmin was the best also Rolando, Jorge, Heriberto, Julio And A Special Shout Out To Ignacio our Aunt June Got ill and he was so Amazing with the care he gave her and getting us the help she needed. Housekeeping was also so sweet and helpful thank you everyone. Hotel was AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL we will definitely be back!!!

Amazing hotel, clean, well decorated. Friendly front desk staff. Unbeatable location. The only complaint I would have is that service at breakfast in the rooftop was very bad. I think it was because the kitchen is on a lower level so was much slower, but also didn’t get condiments, like syrup or butter for pancakes, even after asking for them, so had to eat them dry, and rarely saw the server. Wasn’t a major issue issue however as we loved everything else.

The hotel has an unbeatable location right at the Morelia´s cultural and entertainment center, everything worth visiting is within walking distance (5 min). The building itself is gorgeous and will inspire you to take many great pictures; beware it is a popular wedding venue, so you might have a party going on during your stay. Rooms are huge and nicely decorated, unfortunately you’ll get some noise from the street, but this is a 300-year-old building, so, no big deal. Staff is very attentive and efficient, always looking to make your stay most enjoyable. The terrace has a magnificent view of Morelia’s Cathedral, great place to have an evening drink or two, and enjoy the Cathedral lighting show on Saturday nights. Parking at an offsite place is available for an extra cost (MEX150/day), it will take 15 min to get your car. This is not a low budget place to stay, but your money will get you a remarkable experience that we are already looking forward repeating.

It was not a great place to stay. We never received a free drinks or a bottle. The room was nice, but there is a bar or a club next door and kept us up until 3am. I also tried doing a late check out and at first I was told yes and the next day the staff said no. I would't stay here again. Very dissapointed.

Too noisy when they have an event in the facilities. Loud noise went on through 2:30 am. It was hard to sleep. They didn’t provide the welcome drink nor the bottle of wine they were supposed to give away at check in as part of the VIP access.
