Very clean and cozy atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Location is great, about 5 minutes from the cathedral.

First thing first the staff was very nice the lady i talked to was so polite.my review and grievance is for Travelocity and over booking skip Travelocity call call the hotel your self its easier than having to deal with over booking never again Travelocity worst experience ever..

We were contacted by the property manager Monica & asked if we would agree to be placed at their new & upgraded hotel next door. Unknowingly we accepted. Which was a less rated and virtually non receptive or ready for guests property. Everything from no glassware In unit, or sufficient bedding and pillows. The night manager is the only one on duty and doesn’t speak English or able to really cope. The lobby is loud and there is access to the rooms that are on the main floor with no sound barriers. Completely not what I would recommend

Nos gustó porque estaba muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y aunque no tiene estacionamiento propio tiene un buen servicio de pensión muy cerca. Es excelente alternativa para descansar y pasear en la ciudad.

Sencillo y limpio
Hotel limpio, cerca de la catedral . Llegamos caminando que era lo que buscabamos , El estacionamiento está a unas calles del hotel. No lo usamos porque dejamos el coche afuera del hotel y no hubo problema. Muy atentas la recepcionista y las camareras.

Para comenzar, el hotel es un fraude. Esta calificado con cuatro estrellas, pero es un hotel de no más de dos estrellas. Ninguna de las amenidades que dice tener en el sitio están disponibles. No habia secadora de pelo en el cuarto. El control remoto de la televisión no servía. No había kleenex. Total, un desastre. No había lámpara en la mesa de noche ni en el escritorio. Y el edificio no ha sido remodelado al igual que los muebles en más de 30 años
