"First thing when we walked in, we were assaulted with the stench of Marijuana. Told the property manager and they were nice enough to bring a fan so we could try and air it out, but it still lingered. My daughter found bits of Marijuana on the couch and on the floor, so it was obvious they did not clean before we came. The downstairs bathroom door is not attached, and there was of urine on the back of the toilet. We left after one night and cut our weekend short and just went back home...

"The whole 'hotel' was not at all well kept. The decorating was shoddy to say the least. Whoever carried out the decorating is completely clueless - i could give many examples - all resulting in the actually cleanliness if the place coming into question. Not good at all. "

"The property was very dirty. I don't know why it is called Immaculate house... Very dirty: Table unwiped, dust everywhere, spider webs, toilet and bathroom full of small hair, microwave and fridge very dirty of food staines. Not clean at all. I had an impression the property was never cleaned, but also not prepared for new guests. Also, it was advertised as 3 bed house, whereas we were allowed to leave in 1 or 2 bedrooms. "Lovely and spaceous apartment, with all basic necessities provided. It's close to the station, and very convenient to get to NEC and town center. It was not as clean as I would have liked, but overall it newly decorated and well looked after home. The windows are not sound proof, so there is slight noise from the road, and garden is not useable, but the living room is spacious and beds are very comfy. The deep soaking bath is a bonus. "

Another great stay

"Second time we’ve stayed here whilst visiting Birmingham for a concert. Excellent location, especially with direct access to the symphony hall. Staff very pleasant and helpful both on the main desk and in the bar. Bar meal - pitzza & Greek salad was excellent."

Birthday Stay at the Grand Hotel

"My partner and I stayed here for his birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco and a thoughtful birthday message waiting in our room. The room itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a beautifully designed bathroom. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious, though unfortunately, the food and coffee weren’t as hot as we’d have liked. That said, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely return!"
