"We had problems reaching the property contact regarding key collection... tried emailing, phone calls and text messages, thankfully at 1:30pm while on route we received a WhatsApp message with our arrival details from business number. "First thing when we walked in, we were assaulted with the stench of Marijuana. Told the property manager and they were nice enough to bring a fan so we could try and air it out, but it still lingered. My daughter found bits of Marijuana on the couch and on the floor, so it was obvious they did not clean before we came. The downstairs bathroom door is not attached, and there was of urine on the back of the toilet. We left after one night and cut our weekend short and just went back home...

Very dirty: Table unwiped, dust everywhere, spider webs, toilet and bathroom full of small hair, microwave and fridge very dirty of food staines. Not clean at all. I had an impression the property was never cleaned, but also not prepared for new guests. Also, it was advertised as 3 bed house, whereas we were allowed to leave in 1 or 2 bedrooms. "Secure parking made this stay easy and gave piece of mind. Rooms are very spacious and all the facilities you’d need. The beds were comfortable. The shower head wasn’t adjustable for settings and was difficult to find the correct power and there was a bit of mould on the sealant. The soap dispenser was also difficult to use. We’d return."
