From the couple of phone calls I made prior to checking in, to walking into the lobby, to coming and going and to checkout, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful !!! So very nice! "The rooms are large and sound proof. It's nice having a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The beds are comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling windows that have beautiful city views. My only complaint is that the water pressure overall isn't good. It wasn't good for the bathroom sink or in the shower."
