"I liked the convenience of the hotel to the airport. The front desk person in the evening was very helpful. I liked the complimentary breakfast. The temperature in the room never seemed to be warm enough for me. You could clearly hear the guests in the room above us walking heavily back and forth; it was a bit distracting. "The evening staff at the front desk was so friendly, patient and helpful! We had to take the airport shuttle at 4:30am, and the continental breakfast did start until 6am. When I asked the night before, the front desk staff asked if we would like for her to put together a grab bag of bagels and jams for us. One of us is gluten free, and she even showed the GF options before adding them to our grab bag to make sure they would work for us. SO helpful and a great attitude!"

"Very nice room, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was timely, courteous, and convenient, they offered offered a complimentary grab-and-go snack bag. Only has a breakfast and coffee area, but there is a good sports bar and quick service restaurants within a couple blocks. Since Sleep Inns offer little pieces of advice for better nights of sleep, I have one of my own; close the bathroom door to blot out the light from the hair drier (or unplug it)."

"Alice at the front desk was very polite and accomodating. The hotel itself could use a good run through on maintenance(rhe 1st floor heaters don't seem to work, looks a bit dated, paint peeling, stains) and a deep clean(walls, carpets, doors/doorhandles. High traffic areas) but its a decent hotel with a heated pool and a hot tub. The top jets (for your back) don't work but the ones in the bottom(by your feet) do. Tons of restaurants nearby, very close to the freeway (94). Would stay again. "
