"Overall the stay was great, however the property felt a little run down since the last time I stayed there. Our room was clean and more spacious than I expected, but could also use some updates. The lounge provided a nice vibe and area to eat and meet for drinks, however Friday and Saturday night got very loud. We could hear the bass until at least 3 in the morning which made it hard to fall asleep. I would suggest a room as high up as possible. Unfortunately the staff was not super...

"The hotel is very modern and had great views of New York City. It was a bit away from the main attractions but that was a good thing as it was much quieter and peaceful. Access to the subway is close enough too. Our only concern was the tourist taxes weren’t easily explained and our final bill was eye watering with extra taxes added for going up on the roof terrace. Check possible costs first before going up there so you are prepared and not shocked like we were. "

"The hotel exterior wasn't the most appealing it didn't give that i must stay here look if you're looking for a hotel. The lobby was small and dimly lit but the employees at the front desk were very nice and polite , they made sure all my information was accurate and in order. As far as the room only issues i had was that it was kinda small and it was dimly lit as well , other than that it was very clean and comfortable."
