"We was greeted by lovely staff who talked us though some information that we needed to know and was given our keys. The room was nice for the price and had a bathroom in the private room which was good. The beds were small but still comfy and the room was cleaned well. Had an issue with our room lock not working but it was smoothly dealt with as soon as reported and we were given another room. "The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding.
